San Bernardino Valley College, established in 1926, is in the city of San Bernardino.  The college is a part of the San Bernardino Community College Campus. The college enrolls approximately 25,000 students per semester and covers 82 acres. 

The college offers more than 40 programs in technical and occupational fields.  The men’s cross-country team won the state championships from 2006 to 2009 and have won its conference championship 19 times.

The campus also houses Middle College High School, a three-year high school that reaches out to students with high potential but who may be struggling on a regular high school campus. The high school won a No Child Left Behind Blue Ribbon Schools award in 2008.
