Founded in 1968 in the city of Quincy, Feather River College borders the Plumas National Forest on 256 acres. The college serves more than 1,495 students in the Plumas County and the Northern California Sierra region.
In addition to the classrooms and laboratories, the college features unique facilities such as a trout hatchery and an equestrian center with horse boarding facilities.
